We have supported the Institute of Directors for a number of years producing newsletters and event support material, in particular for the branches of the South Region. During this time we have had to respond to the Brand as guidelines developed and changed.

 

Responsive, reliable, cost-effective

Initially we were responsible for just one Branch newsletter in the Region and this grew to the full nine Branches, plus the Central London Branch, giving continuity and economies of scale, as we managed the project through design, print and mailing out in bulk to the membership.

Producing material for all branches meant we could print common page sets to be inserted into each branch newsletter, whilst maintaining the Branch focus by also having branch-specific pages.

Transition towards digital

As digital communications replaced printed newsletters there was a need for a cost-conscious approach to promoting events during a transition period.

We developed an innovative 6-fold concertina publication flexible enough to display the event details of all Branch and Central IoD events taking place over a 3-month period, together with other essential and promotional content.

This was designed to a size specifically to take advantage of the lowest Advertising Mail rates, and was printed, addressed, wrapped and despatched from one location, giving further economies.
