Bookings are accepted on a first-received basis and are secured once payment is received by us and confirmation invoice sent to the advertiser. Please note that the publisher reserves the right to refuse any advertisement or other material supplied to them at their absolute discretion.

It is also important that all images and other material is legally sourced and in submitting your files you are confirming that you have the legal right to use those files and to submit them to us for publication.

If you would like us to produce artwork, please make your payment and contact us to discuss your requirements.

Except for specified positions (back cover, inside front and back covers) the placement of any advertisement in the pages of the Yearbook cannot be guaranteed.

SIze and file type

Adverts should be supplied to the dimensions stipulated, in cmyk, 300dpi and as a high-resolution .pdf file with fonts embedded. Alternatively, we can accept .jpg, .tif, .eps or .ai files.

Where files are supplied at the wrong size we reserve the right to charge an artwork fee to correct that size in order to maintain continuity within the publications.

Convert Typefaces to outlines

If you are sending over a document or file that has a specific font requirement, please ensure fonts are converted to outlines, or paths. Alternatively, please supply the fonts with your artwork. We will use any supplied fonts only for the advertisement for which they are supplied and then delete them.

Alternative file types

We can also work with Microsoft Word and Powerpoint but will convert files supplied in these formats to industry standard artwork formats. NB. Changing file types can effect the final appearance of the file and we will not be held responsible should minor alterations occur, particularly to colours.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge an artwork fee should significant work be required to make supplied material ready for print.

Deadline for advertisements

Deadline for bookings, payment and receipt of artwork is 30th November 2020, however we encourage early booking, particularly of specific positions, to avoid disappointment.
